Australian client finally obtained

the registration of its trademark in China

By taking measures through various administrative procedures for over 2 years, we have finally succeeded in helping our client (a company in Australia) obtain, from the China Trademark Office, the Trademark Registration Certificate of its trademark, which had been registered in bad faith by a Chinese company in advance of our client’s submission of its application in China.
